Tech Stack
& Business Tools
The systems and tools I use to run efficient operations and help clients modernize their businesses.
After years of trial and error running trade shows and building business systems, these are the tools I rely on—and the ones I recommend to clients who need to modernize without the overwhelm.
Brand & Content Engine
Canva: Brand kits, social graphics, decks, one-sheets, menus (my playground)
Crello: Extra design support when needed
Adobe / Acrobat: Polished PDFs, forms, tweaks
Vimeo: Hosting videos without the chaos
Business Backbone
Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Google Workspace: Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Admin
Dropbox: Shared files, backups, simple team access
Loom: Quick training videos, walk-throughs, SOPs
YouMail + Vonage: Call handling, voicemail sanity, not missing key calls
CRM & Client Relationship Systems
HubSpot: Pipelines, forms, workflows, email, lead status (my power lane)
SuiteDash: Client portals, onboarding, service delivery
GreenRope: All-in-one CRM/marketing for certain setups
Warm Welcome: Video-based greetings and follow-ups that feel human
Data, Dashboards
& “Nerd Tools”
Zapier: The “glue” that connects your tools so they talk to each other. I use it to automate boring tasks like adding leads to CRMs, sending follow-up emails, updating spreadsheets, and tagging contacts so things happen in the background without you clicking a thing.
Asana / Trello / Notion / ClickUp: Project + task management so you always know what’s next. I use these to organize to-dos, launches, content calendars, event timelines, and team responsibilities in a way real humans can actually follow.
Retool: Internal tools, simple dashboards pulled from different places
Retable: Structured, smarter spreadsheets
Trello / Notion / ClickUp: Task tracking, project management, content planning
Remindeo: Reminders and follow-up nudges
Events, Experiences
& Trade Show Stack
Eventee: Event content, schedules, attendee experience
Guidebook: Event apps and guides
GroupMe: Fast group messaging to keep teams connected and conversations organized
Whova: Full-service event app for check-ins, attendee engagement, live updates, sponsor visibility, and analytics. Great for delivering a polished attendee experience without extra staffing.
SocialTables: Floorplans, layouts, seating, traffic flow
AssociationVoting.com: Member votes, elections, board stuff
Feathr.co: Capturing attention before, during, and after events
Marketing, Email &
Audience Growth
Mailchimp: Email marketing, newsletters, sequences
Feathr.co: Retargeting + event marketing
Hootsuite: Social scheduling and consistency
Bitly: Link tracking so we actually know what’s working
Warm Welcome (again) – Personal touch on funnels and pages
Money, Contracts & Admin
Stripe: Online payments, subscriptions, invoices
Bluevine: Business banking and accounts
DocuSign: Contracts, agreements, signatures
QuickBooks: Bookkeeping and financial tracking (when/if in use)
Strategy & Gap - Spotting Tools
Where’s Waldo: My quick-glance gap finder that pinpoints what’s missing (or out of place) in your systems, tech, or workflow so we can tighten it up fast.
Websites, Stores
& Selling Platforms
Squarespace: Main websites, simple funnels, landing pages
WordPress: Legacy sites, blogs, add-ons
Stan Store: Quick offers, digital products, links-in-bio that actually convert
